Hi, I'm Jillian, founder of Offsite Society and someone who has always believed that the best moments in life happen when people are truly present with each other. My love for bringing people together started long before it became a career, rooted in the simple joy of creating experiences that made people feel something.
Before founding Offsite Society, I spent years in the corporate world and in every role I held, I found myself naturally stepping into the role of organizer. Whether it was coordinating the company offsite, planning the leadership retreat, or rallying a team around a shared experience, I was the one who cared deeply about every detail. What started as something I did on the side of my real job became impossible to ignore.
I launched Offsite Society to bring that same dedication and a level of expertise most companies don't have in-house to teams who deserve more than a generic retreat. Every offsite I plan is personal, intentional, and executed with the kind of care that makes people say it was the best one they've ever attended.
Based in Austin, Texas, I work with companies across the country to plan corporate retreats, executive summits, and incentive trips that leave a lasting impression. When I'm not deep in venue contracts and vendor calls, you'll find me with my husband, our four kids, and our two French bulldogs, usually planning our next adventure.
